We teach your student athlete the importance of work ethic Regardless of who your student athlete trains with, the key to success is hard work. We have learned over the past 18 years of training that helping student athletes understand why it's important to put maximum effort into every training session will ultimately separate them from their competition. This philosophy develops not only physical but mental toughness, which is often overlooked in other training programs.
Success in your chosen sport Through advanced functional training techniques our expert staff will teach your young athlete how to prepare for success in a variety of sports. Helping them to understand the process of how to improve their overall speed, agility, explosiveness and strength will give your student athlete the edge they need to successfully compete.
Guaranteed Improvement Although it is easy to guarantee improvement, the only guarantee we make to you and your student athlete is that we will help them understand that success in both athletics and life is only attained through hard work and dedication. Realistically, not all people grasp the understanding of how hard work can equal success. This is why we stress maximum effort in every training session each and every day. At some point in all of our lives, we've been taught that you compete only as good as you practice. An understanding of the importance of preparation will guarantee improvement and success.
Athlete to coach ratio In order to consistently maintain an effective training environment for your student athlete, we maintain an 10 to 1 athlete/trainer ratio. This is necessary to not only educate each and every athlete on the importance of work ethic, but to also ensure drills are being performed safely and correctly by all the athletes. Maximum results also come with correct ergonomics, getting to know each athlete by name and making the experience fun.
Personal Attention Feedback Questionnaire - We extremely value your opinion with regard to the camp; our trainers and the benefits you felt your student athlete received. At the conclusion of any seven week session, we mail a feedback questionnaire directly to your home. We appreciate you taking the time to fill it out and mail back to us. This helps us address anything we may over look or need to incorporate into our camp to make it a more beneficial or pleasurable experience for your student athlete.
